We work hard prior to dispatching your product to make sure it never comes back as a warranty issue. We at RAW58 get how frustrating warranty problems can be and our aim is to assess any problems, find a resolution and get you back out using your product as quickly as we can. As with all warranty though there are some things you need to know:

As a consumer, you always have 2 years of warranty if your goods suffer from defects. If this happens, the RAW58 is obligated to rectify this error in repair, replacement or return of sales, depending on the specific situation. Damage caused by; misuse, failure to maintain or ordinary wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. If you find a deficiency in a product, you must tell RAW58 as soon as possible.

How do I make a warranty claim?

All goods purchased from RAW58 are covered by a full warranty and, generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects including poor workmanship. If you feel that your purchase has developed a fault, then please email us at contact@raw58.com before returning any goods - we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any postage costs.
